Cancellation and Reschedule Policy:
Customers who do not give a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment will have to pay a $50 cancellation/reschedule fee on their next visit.
Customers who cancel or reschedule three times in a row, will no longer be scheduled for future appointments.
Late Fee:
Customers who are more than 30 minutes late will have to be rescheduled for the next available day; this will also include a $50 reschedule fee.
